Coriander's is one of Christchurch’s leading Indian restaurant groups, with five locations across St Asaph Street, Bush Inn, Sumner, Rolleston, and West Melton. Known for its modern take on authentic North Indian cuisine, the brand has built a strong reputation around premium dining experiences, takeaway, online ordering, and group dining across Canterbury.

Working across all five venues, our focus has been on helping Coriander’s grow the key metrics that directly impact revenue — including bookings, online orders, new customer acquisition, repeat customers, and function enquiries. With each location serving different audiences and dining occasions, the strategy required a multi-channel approach tailored towards both brand awareness and conversion.

Through ongoing social media management, photography, and creative content production, we helped strengthen the visual identity of the brand while consistently showcasing menu items, venue experiences, promotions, and functions across digital platforms. The content was designed to keep the venues active, engaging, and top of mind within Christchurch’s competitive hospitality market.

Alongside organic content, we implemented Meta advertising campaigns focused on customer acquisition, retargeting, and repeat visitation. These campaigns helped drive bookings, increase online orders, and reconnect with previous customers through targeted offers and high-performing creative. We also launched Google Ads campaigns targeting high-intent searches related to Indian dining, takeaway, and functions, helping increase visibility when customers were actively searching for restaurants and event spaces in Christchurch.

To support customer retention and repeat business, we developed ongoing email newsletters and automated marketing flows using the brand’s customer database. Combined with consistent photography and digital campaigns, the overall strategy created multiple touchpoints designed to increase customer lifetime value while continuing to grow awareness and revenue across all Coriander’s locations.
