Seoul Night was built around creating an experience that feels closer to the streets of Seoul than a traditional restaurant. Hidden behind its iconic red vending machine entrance, the venue combines Korean fusion dishes, neon-lit interiors, cocktails, music, and late-night energy into a hospitality experience designed to feel immersive, social, and visually memorable from the moment guests walk through the door.

Our partnership began with the design and development of a new website created to better reflect the brand’s tone, atmosphere, and nightlife identity online. Beyond aesthetics, the site was structured around user experience and conversion, introducing key pages the venue previously lacked — including dedicated functions and events pages designed to increase enquiries and make it easier for customers to discover everything the venue offers.

From there, the focus shifted towards building a connected digital marketing ecosystem designed to increase bookings, functions, repeat visitation, and long-term customer engagement. Through ongoing Meta advertising, Google Ads, email marketing, and automated retention campaigns, the strategy focused on introducing Seoul Night to new audiences while continuously re-engaging previous diners through promotions, loyalty campaigns, and remarketing strategies.

A major part of the approach centred around customer retention and brand loyalty. Through automated email flows, birthday campaigns, promotional offers, and cross-venue marketing strategies, we helped create ongoing touchpoints that kept customers connected to the brand beyond a single visit. By combining nightlife-driven branding with performance-focused marketing, the goal was to position Seoul Night as one of Auckland’s most recognisable modern Korean dining experiences.
