With five locations across Christchurch, Coriander’s has long been a go-to for Indian dining—but before working with Hosper, their marketing hadn’t evolved alongside their growth. We came on board to modernise their digital presence and turn years of loyalty into consistent bookings.
Our first move was activating their extensive customer database through targeted email campaigns that brought past guests back in the door. At the same time, we rolled out fresh social content, updated photography, and locally targeted paid ads—ensuring each venue had visibility and voice while maintaining a consistent brand feel.
Alongside this, we helped position Coriander’s as a top choice for group dining and private events, driving a noticeable increase in function enquiries across all locations.
